Holidays and bridges are to be considered high season.

The rate includes: linen kit, utilities, Wi-Fi connection and the use of two bikes.
Any additional bed entails a supplement of € 10.00 per day per person.

From 01 October to 15 May the prices do not include the consumption of electricity.
