MTB excursions

The land of the Maremma modeled between the woods and the sea naturally lends itself to magnificent MTB routes of all difficulties. In our company, personalized courses are organized with an instructor recognized by the FCI.

ARCHEOTREKKING

If you want to immerse yourself in the most hidden nature of the Tuscan-Lazio Maremma, the archeotrekking that the Vulci Park offers is the one for you. Every Tuesday from 7 July until 7 September. The appointment for an adventurous afternoon, which begins at 16:00, is at the Park Ticket Office where an expert guide awaits you who will accompany you to discover suggestive landscapes. Estimated time 4 hours. Suitable for all nature lovers. Medium / low difficulty guided tour that can be made by reservation only for a number of participants between 15 and 25 units (including children and teenagers). Starting from the Park Ticket Office, you reach the Pellicone lake and then go up again; following a stretch of path adjacent to the underlying River, you go back down on a bed of lava on which the Fiora flows to reach the Castello dell'Abbadia. From there you go up to go back to the Park Ticket Office. In some sections the path will be facilitated by the presence of ropes. Comfortable clothing, hiking shoes, a hat and plenty of water to drink are recommended. Available language Italian. HORSE excursions

Maremma, an ancient land rich in traditions ... the magical figure of the cowboys comes to us from the past. The valiant "Italian cowboys", who with their horses, from dawn to dusk, crossed pastures, fords and sheep tracks, ruled herds of cows and buffaloes.
The breeding of livestock constituted the most important part of the economy in the large companies of the Maremma, thus far exceeding the cultivation of cereals.
Like the Butteri di Maremma, you can spend your holidays fully experiencing the spirit of the Tuscan-Lazio Maremma, choosing from a wide range of walks or horseback excursions. CARRIAGE excursions

Carrozze in Maremma is located within the Maremma Park where every day it is possible to walk on horseback in the most unusual places in the Park. The routes vary in length and will lead you to discover the most fascinating places in the Park. Particularly suggestive is the itinerary at sunset, an ideal time to meet the animals that inhabit the Reserve.
Some of the itinerary proposals end with a pleasant tasting on the beach to taste the typical products at km 0 from the family farm. A magical opportunity to visit the park in the light of the sunset, to the relaxing rhythm of the carriages.
Each itinerary is suitable from 0 to 100 years old and, in the low season, can be organized on customized schedules, stops and routes.
Each tour will be guided and entertained by Enrico Cheli, Equestrian Environmental Guide, who will show you the Maremma area, its history, its flora and fauna.

RAFTING, KAYAK on the Fiora river

KITESURF / SURF

In Montalto di Castro and Pescia Romana there are beaches "licensed" for practicing Kitesurfing / Surfing, authorizations that are requested annually by sports associations. FISHING

The Lazio coast offers many spots for beach fishing practitioners, one of these is certainly Marina di Pescia Romana and Montalto di Castro. Fishing in Marina di Montalto and Pescia Romana is very popular, so much so that in the warm summer evenings, despite the vastness of the coast, you can find yourself in company.

SAIL

In the territory of Montalto di Castro there are three schools to turn to: "Mal di Mare" Affiliated to the Italian Sailing Federation (CONI) and the Center for Training in Paralympic Sport for Sailing (CIP), organizes "eduvelic" courses with a age target between 5 and 18 years. The pupils appropriately divided into groups by age and experience, actively participate in the collective life of the school, both in navigation and on land. Security, relational participation and learning are supported by "taking care" of oneself and others in an inclusive and affective climate. ADVENTURE PARK

Pure fun for all ages, completely immersed in nature! The Riva dei Tarquini Adventure Park is located by the sea in the vast and suggestive pine forest of the "Riva dei Tarquini" Camping Village a few kilometers from Tarquinia. The park covers an area of 4.00 Ha (40,000 sq m). The structure is equipped with: 6 ADVENTURE ROUTES: Distinct routes for various degrees of increasing difficulty, to satisfy all needs, from children to the most demanding and prepared sportsmen. Everyone will be able to live their exciting experience in complete safety. POWERFAN TOWER: The free fall jump, with the progressive belay system. A quick, safe and exciting descent with a very gentle landing at the same time. CLIMBING WALL: Free climbing route on a vertical equipped wall (tower), with 3 levels of increasing difficulty, carried out in total safety. In the course of climbing you are firmly secured with restraint cable and harness. ZORBING: Born in New Zealand, in the 90s, it consists in entering a PVC sphere and rolling, in complete safety, down a slope.

ACQUAFELIX

Dream pools. Water slides for all tastes and all ages. Streams navigable by boat. Whirlpools. Games. Attractions. Shows and lots of music, with bar, pizzeria and restaurant. All under the warm rays of the sun or among lush trees on large solariums and green carpets of grass, along the gentle slope of a hill a few meters from the sea. It is aquafelix, the large water park in Rome and in upper Lazio. It is in Civitavecchia and can be reached from the A12 motorway - Civitavecchia Nord exit - after only 2 km from the junction. Aquafelix was born in the summer of 1995 and has reached the maximum heights of notoriety and appreciation by entering the Top 10 of the most beautiful water parks in Italy. It has an extension of 80,000 square meters and was built according to in-depth technical and geological studies to adapt it to the particular morphology of the land and to make it constantly responsive to the needs of users regardless of age.
